Our striking class focuses on developing functional stand-up skills which include punching, kicking, elbows and knees.

This is one of the brand new classes offered with our new and improved schedule! It will allow us to give even more attention to elements of the ever important delivery systems of arts such as Boxing and Thai Boxing, greatly complimenting our Mixed Martial Arts program.

Classes include various training methods such as shadow boxing, timed rounds of bag work, focus mitt training, and our unique " I-Method" of drilling with a partner. Our training methods ensure everyone develops their skills in a fun, safe and challenging way.

We are proud to have an alliance with the St.Catharines Boxing Club. Joe Corrigan and the Coaches at the club will be sharing their coaching skills in the grandfather of all stand-up arts, Boxing.
