We utilize elements from the best delivery systems in each range to provide our students a complete mixed martial arts training experience.
Stand -Up: Boxing, Thai Kickboxing,
Clinch: Greco Roman Wrestling, Judo, Muay Thai,
Ground: Submission Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo
We offer a "rotating curriculum" at our gym where we focus on a specific range each week. This allows students to develop skills in each range, making them comfortable regardless of the situation. Although we have a specific focus each week, every class we give the students the opportunity to put everything together and "mix it up".
