Here are the 5 main points that make our school unique, and the order of importance that we feel these qualities fall into:

Also, unlike other Mixed Martial Arts schools whose curriculum caters to fighters/elite athletes, our curriculum is built for the everyday person who wants to enjoy Mixed Martial arts training, male and female, young and old.
* You do not need to be an elite athlete to start our program. As long you have no medical condition that would stop you from being able to perform moderate and up physical activity, your present physical condition is fine to start.
* Training intensity progresses at each students individual pace. We will help you meet your fitness objectives through a carefully planned training program.
* We offer many classes each week for you to participate in. We recommend attending at least 2 classes per week. This will help you get into a regular routine of training, and will allow you to more easily retain the material taught to you.
* Should you wish to attend more than 2 classes per week you are welcome to do so, at no extra charge.
* No. We do compete in local and national competitions throughout the year but participation is optional, not mandatory.
* If you feel you would like to give our gym a try, please contact us to arrange for you to come in and have a tour of our facility and meet with us. This gives us the opportunity to show you our gym, answer any questions you may have, and give you the personal attention you deserve.
