Thank you for visiting our website. We have operated our full time martial arts school in St.Catharines since April 1994, making us the most established Mixed Martial Arts school in the Niagara Region. We pride ourselves on offering our members the most functional and practical training available.
We are the Niagara Region's representative for one of the leading functional martial arts organizations in the world, Straight Blast Gym International. We are also the Eastern Canadian Headquarters for the I.S.R. Matrix, one of the world's best physical management/subject control systems.

We are proud to offer the Niagara Region an alternative to traditional martial arts training. We have over 15 years of progressive experience, and we run professional, exciting, and alive classes.
Our S.A.F.E. System© for children and teens has been taught in Elementary and Secondary schools from Fort Erie to Toronto since 1990.
Our classes will get you into great shape, help relieve stress, and provide you with the skills and confidence to protect yourself should the need ever arise. And you will have alot of FUN doing it!
